    BOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Bah bloody humbug, stop and lap up the tea and wolf down the grub, too much of this going on now-a-days for my liking, efficiency this, payback time that, utter bull.

    As for section 3 and that load of tosh, well, if you ride at high intensity, yes, you will burn a lower % of fat BUT riding very hard burns up way more calories and even taking into account the lower % of fat calories the TOTAL fat burnt is HIGHER.

    Nobody is gonna get in the way of me and my tea, I’ll rip their bloody limbs off!!!!

    Altogether now TEA, TEA, TEA, TEA , TEA.

    All this ranting and I haven’t even had a drink of alcohol, maybe my abstinace is making me a tad tetchy?

    I think that being obsessive about lactic acid, fat burning and carbohydrate consumption is just a bit gay, to be honest.
