Ride out dinner important update

we need a plan  ‘b’, free wheel back at stainland?

Folks,
        Further on from my email last week we have only had 8 conformations of attendance for the ride out dinner. This is not enough. therefore the dinner for 2008 is postponed. An outlined proposal is to re-arrange it for 2009, possibly first quarter.
Anyone with any thoughts / ideas feel free to comment.
