Good luck Jack. I have to say that Tadcaster probably had the edge over South Africa this weekend - sunny, cosmopolitan and a friendly. And, it too has an Argos

Guys, I missed out yesterday - enjoying warm and sunny Cape Town at the moment, my bike shipped OK from Heathrow - will do some riding later this week to prepare for Sunday's Cape Argus. Hope to show some nice pictures next week!

Martin,
I checked out the countdown clock - but I found it to be predictable, and a little dull.

Cheers Al,

Rod Dyer is the new guy who was understandbly 'tired' when we got back home, about 100 miles in 2 days on his come back is good going.

Check out the countdown clock on http://www.londonedinburghlondon.co.uk/

and you'll see why the urgency to get fit!

Now that will be something worthy of most improved new rider if he pulls it off, 146 days to get fit for a 1400 Km ride

watch this space.
