“I write in my capacity as Sports Development Officer for Kirklees Council, to offer your club, Ravensthorpe Cycling Club the chance to be commissioned to deliver cycling activities in the summer holiday period for young people.

I believe that you have already had initial talks with Debbie Barber about the delivery of Cycling sessions for young people on Thursday evenings.

Available to the club is a funding package that should assist you in delivering a program of activities for young people.

A more formal set of documents are required to be completed, if the club would like to go ahead and take the Council up on the commissioning project offer.

We would like to link this to the Olympic count down event in Mirfield and would welcome the opportunity to discuss both matters.
