After a heavy shower and persistent wind the event was cancelled in the interest of personal safety. Typically, a couple of hours later, the skies cleared to full sunshine and the wind dropped.

Never mind, there’s always next week. Oh forgot i’m on nights !

Also, I could now go on the club Sunday run to Boothferry (my favourite). But unfortunately I promised to spend the day gardening with Linda.
