A truely wonderful performance from Al that is showing tremendous performance for the next few months/years. Al beat his PB when EVERYBODY went back by 30-seconds to a minute on their times 2 weeks ago. The investment in the gorgeous beast of a bike is looking to have paid off very well.

Andy also rode well by beating last Tuesday’s time in worse conditions, well done Andy, three 10s in 3 weeks within 20 seconds of each is consistant riding at a top level, chapeau indeed.

I suffered like a dog on the way home and mentally argued with myself all the way back into a gusting headwind, I was truly LMF (Lacking Moral Fibre as well as the other LMF). Strange how some days you just nail it and others your head is like porridge
