Hello chaps

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good physio? I’m still getting knee troubles, after resting it for about 3 weeks. I went for a slow ride with the missus on Sat and back came the pain.

Its doing my head in, any fitness and progress has now gone and I’ve stuck weight back on too.

I’ve re-setup my bike and am gonna try riding steady to work tomorrow for the first time in months, see how it goes?

Any advice on a physio, specially one who understands bike issues would be marvellous

I hope to be back soon, Im not happy with the progress the Flying Dutchman is making ahead of me!

A busy weekend for The Thorpers TT Squad with riders in three seperate events.

Slowest 120 on the V718 (Hull).

Dave Sugden 26.41, Derick Milner 29.34, Les Dawson 23.44, and Jim Kirrane 23.17

Sheffrec 10 on the O10/1 (Hatfield Woodhouse).

Al Wareham 23.19 and John Hatfield 26.15.

Ogmore Valley Wheelers 25 (South Wales).

Steve McCall 56.38.

Some good rides men. Congrats to Steve on a PB 56.38. Also well done to Les and Jim on improving times. it’s also good to see Hatty firmly on the comback trail.
