We both PBd on what was a decptively easy night, much easier than what it looked. The trees weren’t half getting battered by the wind at the HQ, on the course we hardly felt anything till we popped above the DC at the turn then felt the force of the wind. A storming return with only few sections below 30 MPH

Hutch rode an 18.11 and was just outside Wggins comp record 17.58. by eck thats how to ride a bike!

Anyone fancy a ride to london?

I suggested to  a residents action group they might want to raise their profile by cycling to Whitehall,  they liked the idea and it has now been expanded to try and included more people  

Originally i was going to do it in one day!

The idea is now that we set off on the saturday of Aug bank holiday, ride part way,( there is a Ravensthorpe in Northants , good one for Thorpers!) complete the ride Sunday and stay overnight in london with families.

 2 days roughly 100 miles per day with support vehicles etc, anyone fancy it.

 They have spoken to Dave Sowerby already and he is sounding out his team mates.
