Next 3 Months Club Runs

The next three months club runs are now due for selection and i would welcome any ideas from members on where you would like the runs to go to? What would make you attend a Sunday morning club run? Any suggestions? Cheers Alex..

Team Swift 10 series. Event 4.

Another windy ride on the V718, oh for a float day please Mrs !

Anyway it did’nt stop Al from recording another PB in 21.27 and Andy was only 2 seconds outside his best in 21.48.  Excellent to see Al getting quicker every ride and Andy being consistent. Before tonights event Al was in 19th position over the first three events and Andy was 20th. That’s close and out of 90 riders we’re up there.

Steve has dropped down the table due to missing two events but will be riding the final one in two weeks time. Lets hope the trio can break thier own team record and keep the Thorpers on a roll.

Allez my little apple pies!

Mid week testing news.

A big ALLEZ to Andy and Al for tonight, conditions are perfect for a storming run on the 718, good luck and do yourelves and the Thorpers pround. Go and bury yourselves for a scorching PB!!!

I rode the 25 mile A25/11 down at Etwall last night and got a new PB of 54.54 I was pretty pleased and surprised to set that sort of time, just goes to show what the right conditions and hurrting yourself for 54 minutes and 54 seconds can do. (I might start doing some training now to see what I’m capable of but that might go and ruin it, think I’ll just stick to the old vino instead ;-)

Good luck tonight old chaps and ALLEZ LES VERTS!!!!!!!!!!!
