Testing news 27th & 28th June.
Al on the O10 did a 22.48 (22 for sure, not so sure about the seconds though) another stormer for Al as he has seen his time on that course come down from a 24 to this in just a matter of weeks.
John Lancy flew to a 57.43 on the A25/11, i’m sure that amde the trip to Etwall all the much sweeter. That time will now ensure john gets on all the course he wants for the next 3 years, well done john!
Up at Thirsk on the V258 50 we had 3 riders, Andy did a 2:01:34, John Hatty did a 2:08:51 Paul 1:59:38 and i did a 1:56:48. Horrible drizzle for Andy setting off early, it had cleared for me after about 5 miles but still wet all the way around. A great ride by John to beat all of last seasons times after his crash.
I’m sure I’ve got a few wrong, if so please post the correct times! (Do forgive me, my legs are falling off and I feel delicate after throwing up 3 times at the finish, NICE
McCdougal.

Thanks Keith. Room for improvement? Room for somat in my stomach after emptying it after! Blurgh!
Don’t think I can go faster than that this season unless we get a real float day, I honestly gave it totally everything today but I was pleased with the time. I’m sore as sore can be now, may have to think about driving into work tomorrow

Al did a 22:53 which is an improvement on the 23:19 he posted on the same course 4 weeks ago. Still waiting for a float day though.
Jim Kirrane was also riding the course yesterday but he was the penultimate rider of the day and I had to dash off before all the times came in so I’m not sure how he got on. Let us know Jim.
Excellent rides by all other RCC testers. Steve is in the form of his life (I think, only known him a year) so it is no surprise to see him smashing under the 2 hours barrier. Allez indeed.
