Al did a 22:53 which is an improvement on the 23:19 he posted on the same course 4 weeks ago. Still waiting for a float day though.

Jim Kirrane was also riding the course yesterday but he was the penultimate rider of the day and I had to dash off before all the times came in so I'm not sure how he got on. Let us know Jim.

Excellent rides by all other RCC testers. Steve is in the form of his life (I think, only known him a year) so it is no surprise to see him smashing under the 2 hours barrier. Allez indeed.

Thanks Keith. Room for improvement? Room for somat in my stomach after emptying it after! Blurgh!

Don't think I can go faster than that this season unless we get a real float day, I honestly gave it totally everything today but I was pleased with the time. I'm sore as sore can be now, may have to think about driving into work tomorrow :-(
