What gradient is that bit there then, Jack? It looks a little steep!

Alastrair, it’s an average of around 9% for 13.5 km. I have to say that the guy who took these pictures was almost on his head to make it look even more steep.
And with my new wheels I probably would have gone too fast for the photographer to catch me…..:-)
