just had a text message of my mate Gaz, [he who can talk for england]. this is how it goes.     hi phil hope u well, cos im not, had a bad crash last wed on tong st. women turned across me. i hit her high speed. got bruiseing, skin tears, stiches, torn muscles. concosion. broke teeth, broke neck,broke left femur. hairline fracture of pelvis, ive had neck fixed. morphine drip out,cather out,fluid imput tube out, blood drain out. now op 4 my femur. leg been pulled straight.swelling going down , wont be on bike for some time.       if your having a beer tonight ,  toast to my mate gaz, i text him back asking him how his old man was?  he said he”d ask a nurse to see if it”S not broke as well .    fry up phil
