Martin in accident
I have had an email from Geoff our new member.
There was only him and martin out on the club run Sunday.
Unfortunately, Martin was involved in an accident when a car turned abruptly in front of him.
He was unconscious for a few minutes, and taken by ambulance to Pinderfields hospital.
He was still there as of 11.30 Monday in the acute observation ward, although he is described as being comfortable.
I am sure we all wish him well and I am sure geoff will keep us updated with progress

visited Martin yesterday at home, bit battered and bruised but otherwise ok (thats according to Martin) showed me the remains of his helmet (in bits) and he tells me that he is still suffering from poor vision. You’ll all be pleased to hear though that he’s on the mend ( back to his usual self).

Good to hear that Al.
Can someone let Martin know that I will be a witness for any actions he or the CPS decide on.
Also that I will be in Spain for six weeks from 5 October to 17 November.
Cheers,
Geoff
