Anyone free for a ride on Friday 22 January 2010

I’ve got the day off work and wondered whether anyone would like to go on a training ride?

Ring me on 07872441781 or post a response to the blog.

Many thanks

Alastair

I have the morning available Alastair - could do a couple of hours.

  2. Alastair Wareham says:

    Perfect!

Shall I meet you at the normal Sunday meeting spot? You say a time and I will be there.

  3. jack the flying dutchman says:

Alastair - let’s say at 8.45? We can do a trip via Oxenhope - Hebden Bridge - Cragg Vale - Ripponden Bank and then back home via Elland - takes around 3 hours.

  4. Alastair Wareham says:

Sounds fantastic - See you Friday.

  5. Doug says:

    I’m not available, Alastair

  6. Alastair Wareham says:

    Thank god for that.

  7. Steve McCall says:

I was going to come but not now Doug is missing.

  8. Al and Sarah says:

No count me out not if Doug;s not coming..

  9. Doug says:

Alex, Steve - do you fancy a ride on Friday?

  10. Alastair Wareham says:

Looks like we might bump into you three musketqueers somewhere then if your out - Look out for two blazing saddles ;)

  11. Doug says:

“Three muskatqueers” - an interesting play on words, Alastair, with a large dose of a “swashbuckling” metaphor. However, your new found skills as a wrdsmith are sadly deficient. The reality bears no resemblance to what you describes, as neither Steve, Alex or me resemble anything queer. On the other hand, two blokes, “together”, out for “quick morning ride” …………………….

    (This time without the typos)

Doug, you taught me to be flamboyantly reckless and to add a degree of boastful behavior to my personality and now your raising this as an issue! - Talk about double-standards!

  14. Doug says:

Yes, I taught you double standards.

  15. Steve McCall says:

    Well, I’ve got no standards!
