I entered this event last year and have done so again this year. It will be held on Saturday 29th May 2010. It costs just £15 to enter and the organisation last year was first class. The route for the 5 Dale 100 is spectacular - it takes in the most remote parts of the Yorkshire Dales and the toughest climbs up there. Consequently there is hardly any traffic. It is a great test of strength, stamina, endurance and character, and I recommend it to one and all. Don’t be a poof - come along!
