Manchester road, gnashing of teeth

I went out to Gargrave yesterday, and had 3 visits by the puncture fairy.

2 were on Manchester road bradford, so I thought I’d warn Thorpers .

On the way down into Bradford I think it was due to a manhole which stretches across most of the lane, where there are small square sections whch are now hollow and the lid has dropped a bit.  Trouble is I know it is at the bottom but not exactly where so can’t report it.

If anyone is going ointo Bradford centre keep an eye out, and maybe report it on

On the way back I had another  blow out on the traffic lights near an undertakers, I think this was because they are resurfacing the road and there are loads of sharp bits of tarmac

The final straw was coming into Scholes as it started raining

Gatorskin tyres?  more like hamster skins..
