Perhaps for some of the hillier rides it may be worth looking at lower gears, which may help fight off cramp? Sorry I didnt stop for the last puncture, but my legs were cramping up luckily it wore off in Bradford. I think I liked Martin more when he was on his heavy bike with the bell,[too fast ] thank god Ben said he was tired, I thought it was just me! See you next time. (It's a good job Alexander McQueen's dead cos that jacket would have killed him!!) Thanks to the lads for another great day out,especially fry-up, Doug and Alex for helping me along.
