We would like to invite you to attend the premier of “Mirfield’s Cycling Heritage”, a documentary DVD that has been funded by Mirfield Area Committee.  The premier is taking place in the Armitage Hall at The Mirfield Free Grammar and Sixth Form, Kitson Hill Road, Mirfield, WF14 9EZ on Tuesday 20^th July starting at 7.00pm.  Doors open from 6.45pm. 

The evening will include a showing of the documentary followed by a Q&A session with some of the stars who appear in DVD.  

The DVD includes footage of Brian’s stage win and early Tour participation, Des Robinson on the isle of man, Albert on the London Holyhead, Lisa  racing in the states as well as modern footage of all the stars and interviews with them.

As  there is a strong connection with the Thorpers some of you may fancy a night at the pictures?

We are hoping to have light refreshements also, ( no FEB Johnson!)
