		<description>i loved it right upto the 286 mark and then a lovely dismount to walk gracefully the rest of the way in cleats gasping for breath and it really did stretch my calves out ,i like the holme moss type of climb better nice and steady pace were you can actually breath without the oxygen bottle .
it could  have been the slow puncture that made pedalling harder oh and the 14 stone i was trying to pull up hehe</description>
