Just wanted to say hello to all, I will hopefully be back again soon, I’m currently suffering from a dodgy knee again, from football rather than cycling so should be back shortly. Back to square one . . . again.

Hello chaps

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good physio? I’m still getting knee troubles, after resting it for about 3 weeks. I went for a slow ride with the missus on Sat and back came the pain.

Its doing my head in, any fitness and progress has now gone and I’ve stuck weight back on too.

I’ve re-setup my bike and am gonna try riding steady to work tomorrow for the first time in months, see how it goes?

Any advice on a physio, specially one who understands bike issues would be marvellous

I hope to be back soon, Im not happy with the progress the Flying Dutchman is making ahead of me!
